Lifetime Warranty: Fine Jewelry
SHY stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on fine jewelry purchases. If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, please contact us so we may evaluate your piece.
Email us at customercare@shymoissanite.com with photos, a short video, and a description of how the damage occurred. If we find the damage is not repairable via the provided images, we may not accept the item back for an evaluation.
If the damage is deemed a manufacturing defect, SHY will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item when deemed appropriate without charge. Replacements are considered a one-time courtesy.
Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains/rings, and product loss, as well as jewelry damaged due to improper use, cleaning or storage.
Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund and will not be replaced if misplaced, lost, or stolen. These items are not covered by our warranty and cannot be repaired through SHY.
To be eligible for the warranty:
- Please be sure the ring and stone have not been exposed to unreasonable force or harmful conditions.
- The ring needs to have been stored and handled correctly. An abused, altered, or incorrectly cleaned ring is not eligible for a repair within warranty.
- The ring needs to be in the possession of the original purchaser, as this warranty is not-transferable.

All of our jewelries are made to order, which means it is custom made from scratch to finish just for you. We gladly accept exchanges only. However, customized orders and engraved pieces can not be exchanged or returned.
For exchanges, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Dispatch items back within 7 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Items must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If we suspect that the items have been intentionally damaged or misused, we retain the right to decline any exchange or return.
